These terms describe the general basis on which PGSpeed provides website speed audits, optimization projects, and optional ongoing performance support.
Service scope
PGSpeed provides technical performance audits, speed optimization work, and optional post-project support. Exact deliverables, timeline, and implementation boundaries are confirmed in writing before project work begins.
Quotes and approval
Quotes are based on the audit findings and the technical complexity of the website. Project work starts only after the scope and price are approved. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
Access and responsibility
The client is responsible for providing the access required to review and optimize the site, and for maintaining appropriate backups unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. PGSpeed may pause work if required access or technical information is not available.
Performance expectations
The goal is meaningful technical improvement, cleaner performance, and a better user experience. Exact scores, rankings, or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed because the result depends on the existing stack, hosting environment, third-party dependencies, and future site changes.
Payment and support
Payment terms are defined in the approved quote or invoice. Optional support or ongoing care applies only when specifically agreed. Questions about current or future work can be sent to hello@pgspeed.com.
